Last week was DevNet Create out in Mountain View, California. It was a two-day event hosted by the DevNet team at Cisco fully focused at the intersection of applications and infrastructure.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it, but we had two members of our team attend the conference and the feedback was great. What the conference covered is exactly what we do for our clients every day, helping them understand all about APIs, SDKs, automation (and much more!), and how all of this can be applied in their specific environments.

The newest member of the Network to Code team, Jathan McCollum, had the opportunity to present at the conference and demo ITSM-Driven Network Operations. This is a general concept that bridges the gap between traditional Enterprise ITSM and process-centric tools like ServiceNow and network automation platforms such as Cisco NSO and Ansible AWX/Tower.
