Jason Edelman

CTO & Founder

As a services company, we get to work on a broad range of technologies from open source, commercial, and custom software to create holistic automation solutions to truly transform how our clients design, manage, and consume their networks on a daily basis. And it has been quite amazing to see these transformations happening both culturally and technically.

Paul Brady

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Paul Brady is the CEO of Network to Code and a multi-time software chief executive with a track record of scaling product-led businesses. Before joining NTC, he served as CEO of 3G (formerly 3Gtms), a leading transportation management software provider. Earlier, he was CEO of Unitrends, a data-protection software company, and ObserveIT, an insider-threat security firm. Across these roles, he guided companies through high-growth phases, commercial model shifts, and successful platform expansions.

Previously, Paul served as SVP/GM of Riverbed Technology’s Performance Management business, where he led the unit from roughly $12M to $250M in revenue. He is known for building customer-centric, team-oriented cultures and aligning product, cloud delivery, and go-to-market to drive durable growth at enterprise scale. Paul holds a BBA from Hofstra University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Jason Edelman

FOUNDER & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Jason Edelman founded Network to Code in late 2014. Observing how DevOps was radically changing the IT operational models for systems administrators and developers, Jason saw an opportunity to combine existing technologies from the worlds of DevOps and software development within the networking infrastructure domain to create holistic network automation solutions.

Prior to Network to Code, Jason spent a career in technical sales at Presidio, BlueWater, and Cisco developing and architecting network solutions with his last role at Presidio leading efforts around SDN and programmability. Jason is co-author of O’Reilly’s Network Programmability & Automation book. He is a former CCIE and has a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Heather Oliver

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Heather Oliver has dedicated over 20 years to growing companies through human capital strategies, enhancing an organization’s competitive edge, and employee value proposition. Overseeing all people operations, Heather is responsible for culture initiatives that align with the organization’s purpose, values, and people while designing and developing the internal infrastructure of the business. Prior to working at Network to Code, Heather was the Founder/CEO of Culture Strategies, Inc. helping business leaders rethink and leverage their culture, increasing customer experience, and growing revenue. She has worked across many industries for companies, both national and global, in various stages of development: from start-up to transitional growth.

Patrick Sheehan

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Patrick Sheehan is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of sales and GTM experience. He has a track record of building and leading high-performing organizations with proven success in driving revenue growth, global market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Patrick has held leadership positions at prominent companies such as Optiv, Juniper, and Cisco, as well as experience with early-stage growth companies like Fenergo and Phylum. As a proud Tarheel, Patrick earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School at UNC – Chapel Hill.

Chris Boehnlein

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Chris is an accomplished financial executive with more than 10 years of experience growing high performing finance and accounting teams. As Chief Financial Officer, his focus will be to lead accounting and finance, risk management, work alongside the executive team for strategic planning initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Network to Code, Chris was part of the executive team at Nuspire, a leading MSSP, where he oversaw accounting, finance, tax, treasury, and legal. Throughout his tenure, his focus was on scaling rapid growth which ultimately led to Nuspire being acquired by PDI Technologies. Chris has his MBA and resides in Michigan with his wife and three daughters.

Brad Haas

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Over the past two decades, Brad has delivered leading-edge technology solutions, cultivating a career rooted in innovation and growth. His journey is marked by a blend of deep technical expertise and the leadership of high-performing teams navigating complex, high-profile customer engagements. At Network to Code, as a leader of professional services, Brad leverages this legacy of excellence, fostering an environment where pioneering ideas transform into reality.

Bryan Daddio

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Bryan Daddio brings over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry and currently leads all sales and marketing efforts at Network to Code. Bryan previously worked in the cyber security space at Optiv Security where he managed strategic accounts in the New York metro area. Prior to Optiv, Bryan was the founder of a sports registration application company called DirectRoster which was acquired by industry leader SportsSignUP. Fresh out of college, Bryan worked for a network cabling company called ICAS for over 4 years. Bryan attended Roanoke College where he played 4 years of lacrosse. He also enjoys surfing, although he can barely stand on a wave, and golf where he’s often too frustrated to finish a full round.

Ken Celenza

VICE PRESIDENT OF ARCHITECTURE

Ken Celenza is an experienced network and automation engineer with over 20 years of experience working in military, consulting, and enterprise environments. Ken leads client engagements at Network to Code as both a developer and an architect and serves as a mentor to Network Engineers both within and outside our company.

Prior to joining Network to code, Ken spent 9 years as an engineer and architect at McKinsey & Company, where he was a part of almost every major Data Center, POP, and Colo build or refresh during his tenure. Ken has also held positions at INS, where he was responsible for engineering solutions for enterprises around Data Centers, Campus, Security, and Load Balancing, and at the United States Air Force, where he began his career in network configuring, designing, and automating.

Peter Allocca

VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS

Peter has over 20 years of networking and infrastructure engineering experience working in large enterprises. While never shy from a whiteboard, Peter loves architecting solutions across technology domains and managing communication with senior stakeholders. Before joining Network to Code, Peter was at McKinsey & Company serving as a Senior Enterprise Architect where he managed the Network Automation, Application Delivery, and Identity and Access Management teams. Peter holds a BE in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.

Jeff Bradbury

VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Jeff Bradbury has over 20 years’ experience in demanding and progressively challenging management positions, and over 15 years focusing exclusively on Marketing and Sales excellence. With an extensive background as a marketing executive, Jeff has successfully led a variety of technology companies through critical high-growth phases. As the Vice President of Marketing for Network to Code, Jeff spearheads strategic growth initiatives, shapes market positioning, and fosters customer engagement. His efforts guide clients into and through their network automation journeys.

Jeff Bradbury previously held executive marketing positions at several companies, including ALL.SPACE, Hughes Network Systems, B.E. Meyers, and Fortress Technologies. While at Hughes, Jeff oversaw the creation of the marketing team and launch of their SD-WAN portfolio. And while at Fortress Technologies he drove the market expansion and growth strategy that saw Fortress Technologies more than double in size and led to its acquisition by General Dynamics. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy

Brian O’Sullivan

VP OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Brian O’Sullivan is a generalist who happened to end up in a highly specialized position through no fault of his own. For over twenty-five years he’s held software product management positions throughout the industry and has worked extensively in the networking space. When not working, Brian is a voracious reader and has held a variety of jobs, including bartending in three countries and working as an extra in a German soap opera. He lives with his wife in Silicon Valley.

Russ Pyle

GUIDEPOST GROWTH EQUITY

Russ leads the firm’s investing effort in infrastructure software and tech-enabled services investments.

Russ has been an active growth equity technology investor for over 20 years. He previously was at M/C Partners and TA Associates which are both Boston based growth equity firms. He started his career in the technology group at the investment bank Alex. Brown & Sons.

Russ has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Princeton University. He previously served as Chair of the Board at The Chestnut Hill School.

Russ enjoys playing mediocre golf with any of his four sons.

John Marchese

BOARD MEMBER

John is an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of experience delivering high-tech solutions and services. As CEO of Network to Code, John is focused on helping our clients reduce operational inefficiencies through the use and integration of modern open-source, commercial, and custom-developed software for automating large-scale networks.

Prior to his role at Network to Code, John spent 10 years in leadership positions within BlueWater Communications Group, which was acquired by Presidio in 2012, where he was responsible for leading various technology solutions architecture and service delivery organizations. Previously, John worked at Cisco Systems in sales engineering and management roles covering enterprise and commercial accounts within the New York metro territory. John holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Michael Boustridge

BOARD MEMBER

Michael Boustridge is a technology executive with deep expertise in the IT services and telecom industries. Michael has worked for leading companies including IBM, Hitachi Data Systems, EDS, British Telecom and was CEO of Ciber and is currently the Chairman of the Board at BP3 Global, a company focused on robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI+ML), intelligent document processing, application modernization, and support services, as well as specializes in enterprise user experience designs. Michael has served on a number Public and Private Boards and is involved with several non-profit organization, including XPRIZE, where Michael currently serves on the Board.
