The Sales Director role at Network to Code will be directly responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise client opportunities across the European Union (EU). This role focuses on selling Network to Code’s network automation services and solutions directly to large enterprise organizations, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding our footprint across key industries.

A day in the life

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing direct enterprise client opportunities in the EU market.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from top-of-funnel lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and close — with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and value articulation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior IT, network, and business stakeholders at prospective clients to position Network to Code as a trusted advisor in network automation.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams (solutions architects, delivery, product) to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs and support sales engagements with technical credibility.
  • Understand and communicate Network to Code’s core value proposition, offerings, and relevant use cases to potential clients across a variety of verticals.
  • Partner with marketing and SDRs to run targeted campaigns and events that drive demand generation and regional brand awareness.
  • Accurately maintain all client interactions, sales stages, and forecasts in the CRM, providing regular reporting and pipeline insights to sales leadership.
  • Contribute to account planning and expansion strategies, ensuring successful handoffs to delivery and client success teams for long-term relationship growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor movements, and regional client needs to inform messaging and go-to-market strategies.

What you have

  • Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within technology or professional services, with a focus on solution selling or consultative sales.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with enterprise clients, manage complex sales cycles, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process from prospecting through closing, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and business decision-makers, especially within network infrastructure and IT operations environments.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work across internal teams and contribute to overall regional and company strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of direct enterprise sales or business development experience, with a focus on the EU market.
