Network to Code bridges the gap between DevOps and Network Engineering. We are a pioneer in the network automation industry. The Engagement Specialist collaborates with a diverse clientele primarily enrolled in our training and enablement services. Their responsibility lies in coordinating services and implementing strategies to ensure clients attain the desired business outcomes from their subscriptions. Additionally, they assist our Training Manager in leading project execution teams and fostering extensive client relationships, particularly at the stakeholder level. This position reports to the Director of Agile and Governance.

A day in the life

“Our Engagement Specialist for Learning & Development will work closely with our team of instructors and our manager of Training and Enablement:

  • Lead and coordinate our live and online training and enablement projects (logistics, communication, lead meetings, tracking of the project plan, timelines, budgets and invoicing)
  • Communicate effectively with instructors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop & manage documentation for the delivery of training projects, including student lab environment support, schedule management, and evaluations.
  • Continually measure and monitor client satisfaction and health of the engagements. Proactively identify issues and coordinate with internal teams to remediate issues as they are identified.
  • Support the training manager in the development of internal and external training programs.
  • Manage and govern our Learning Management System (LMS). This includes: creating courses, enrolling users, maintaining organized records of course material, certification management, uploading videos, and working to support content creators in Articulate Rise to import course material in SCORM format. This role will take ownership of the LMS and will deploy best practices for curriculum governance.”

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate simultaneous efforts, and organize a diverse set of team members
  • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to a high-change environment.
  • Ability to multitask, work cross-functionally, prioritize, and coordinate activities to meet multiple deadlines

What you have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing training/learning projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • An understanding of project management metrics
  • Entrepreneurial minded and driven self-starter
  • Strong presenting, listening and comprehension skills
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus
  • Experience with Docebo Learn LMS is a plus
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
