The Senior Scrum Master drives Agile delivery across multiple product engineering teams, helping NTC build and ship its product portfolio with predictability and quality. This role owns the delivery cadence for two teams, coaching them toward high performance and self-organization while partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and Product leadership. The Senior Scrum Master removes impediments, manages cross-team dependencies, and gives leadership a clear, honest view of progress, risk, and capacity. This role reports to the Director, Product Operations.
